Good morning!
It’s Sunday, and the friendly pirates have brought us back to furusato—technically “hometown” but really, the home of one’s heart. Each of us has a place where our heart feels most at home. It could be a place from the past, it could be our current home, it could be somewhere else entirely. That is furusato. Again, more delicious nuance to ponder.
Our pirate friends left a winged guard to watch over us until we were safely back on shore. And now, it takes flight and leaves us in tranquil silence.
