Good morning!
It’s Sunday, and I’ve taken us to the Île Saint-Louis for a moment by the Seine. It’s easier to retreat into silence in Maine. Here, our silence is always overdubbed with the city hum in the background, like a giant white noise machine.
And yet here in the center of it all, the birds still go along their merry way. They exist, adapt, interact, dip, swoop, dive, and, above all, thrive.
“The art of life lies in a constant readjustment to our surrounding.”

Onwards we go,
