Good morning!

It’s Sunday, and after raising our voices together yesterday, we’ve earned ourselves some quiet. What better place to seek that quiet than here, on our favorite rocks overlooking the bay?

We’ve come to pay our respects to this most beloved body of water—and to say goodbye to it. Not forever, just for a little while.

Tomorrow, we’ll set ourselves in motion. The world beckons. I have a hankering to see above the clouds and chase the horizon.

But first, one more moment to savor the stillness.

“Followers of trails and of seasons, breakers of camp in the little dawn wind, seekers of watercourses over the wrinkled rind of the world, o seekers, o finders of reasons to be up and be gone.”

—Saint-John Perse

Onwards we go,

Clara
