Good morning! It’s Sunday, and we’ve walked down the road and through the woods accompanied by the constant sound of water. First it was a trickle, then a rush, then a trickle again. We sidestepped puddles. We paused to clear a gully that had been clogged with leaves. We squished along the forest path, tiptoeing across logs and sidestepping yet more puddles.
Oh, Clara, you gave us twice as much peace today. I had the privilege of attending Lucille Clifton’s reading many years ago in San Francisco. She was very kind and gracious when I met her. This poem brought tears and memories. Thank you! 💕
I've never run across Lucille Clifton, but I'll make it a point to check her out now - wonderful poem! And lovely video - wish I could be there looking at the rocks and listening to the water sounds.l
Thank you Clara💖😌
Beautiful!
What an ideal setting, and sound.
Hear now,are we here now
Ahhhhh the peaceful sound - may that circle be unbroken - thank you so much for the respite XXOO

It’s such a lovely treat to start the day hearing the gentle sound of water slowly on it’s way to bigger places.
