Good morning!
It’s Tuesday, and I’m still thinking about a particular line from David Whyte’s poem from yesterday—the one where he asked, “What shape waits in the seed of you to grow and spread its branches against a future sky?”
As if reading my thoughts, these geese came honking into view to show me how it’s done.
“There is nothing constant in the universe. All ebb and flow, and every shape that's born, bears in its womb the seeds of change.”
—Ovid
Onwards,

Geese in formation giving a shout out to other avian relations by shaping their formation to look like the outline of a bird like a sparrow, maybe. How perfectly harmonious is that! Thanks, Clara. And your encyclopedia of significant quotes is bottomless. Or should it be stratospheric? Love the Respite!
You have given us much to ponder this week. Geese have that basic v formation, but within it, they move and help each other out, and the formation is flexible to move as it needs. I hope that within me my spirit is also flexible and never rigid, and that it is always ready to help out and change as needed.
