Serenity this morning. My husband and I were sitting by the ocean last evening, and he said, as often, that he had a very hard time just sitting still. I brought up the song in White Christmas about counting your blessings, and told him one way I was able to be still was to just count my blessings. I have so many that it is a long time of stillness, and I come away quieter of mind.
The gentle waves lapping at the shore reminds me of the Mediterranean Sea in Greece as a child. So lulling and peaceful. ❤️

Half the time my mind is like a tornado so having a mind still like water would be amazing!
