It’s Tuesday—and for today’s Respitopia refill, I’ve taken us to one of my most sacred spots for some forest bathing.
We’ve walked deep into the woods along a path that eventually ends up by the water. We’ve each found a comfy place to lie down. Maybe there’s a blanket or even a hammock? Take your time and choose a good spot.
And now, let’s look up at the sky and bathe in a sea of green.
