Good morning!
It’s Wednesday, and we’re still in Respitopia for a while longer—which would explain the lack of snow in today’s video. Having had our fill of forest bathing yesterday, I’ve moved us out into the sunshine.
We’re standing near the bottom of the field, where it rises to a bluff that overlooks the bay. The leaves may block our view, but we know, from that hint of sparkle and the occasional note of the buoy, that a large body of water sits just beyond.
Stand with me for a minute. Let’s feel the dappled sunlight, listen to the chorus of crickets, and breathe the sweet air together.
