I just finished reading your book “Vanishing Fleece”. I was fully absorbed by it. The plight of the wool industry in the USA is sad. I had never thought about how wool has to be processed on a large scale in order to get our sweaters or jackets, suits , socks… and more! I do weaving and have tried spinning but without success, but I love the idea of starting with the roving and coming out with yarn that I could incorporate into my weaving. I am going to try a beginning weaving class again in the new year. Onward!
I’m optimistic about 2026!
