Good morning! It’s Tuesday, and by the time you read this, the snow globe should have stopped its swirl. Whether you were in the eye of the blizzard or just watching people
Thank heavens Bear had the good sense to stay inside! He’ll be able to shovel all he wants when the wind settles. I’m thinking he might need some additional woolies and boots for that shoveling but I’m betting you all have that covered.
You probably don't want to hear that it was 82 degrees at my house yesterday...
I don't know which is more beautiful, that fantastic photo, with the coziness of a gorgeous lamp with naturals flowers and warm golden light contrasting with the forbidding blue chill out the window, or that utterly lovely poem. I think I'll hang out with your post a while before heading out to my own rugged mountains and dust and sun and heat (heading to the 90s). What a spectacular world we live in.
So jealous of all the snow on the East Coast. Here in Denver (and Colorado in general), we haven't gotten much at all this winter season, which is going to make for a very DRY summer! Stay warm!
Gorgeous photo❣️❣️❣️ It helps❣️😊
Auden captures perfectly the feeling of listening to the weather howl while warm in bed. That sound is often my go-to for sleeping.
Glad the snow and wind have stopped and you stayed safe and warm (and electrified!).

Happy nut in south jersey with 18 in of snow, still made a snowgirl after endless shoveling!
Lovely picture and poem! I'm glad to see you didn't lose power.
What a quote! My snow globe has stopped its swirl but more is expected tomorrow- not a lot but stilll. . .
Stay safe and warm today. What A beautiful quote!

Glad you were safe and warm.
Stay safe and warm.
Your words are like butter! Maine, I’ve been told, is the perfect snow globe ⛄️
Hope all is well there this morning. But what a sweet little lamp to warm your hearth.
It is a sparkly day here!
31" here (atop a previous 27"); very happy the snow globe has stopped swirling! It seems like we'll be shoveling away until July 4th, though.
Holy moly! That's a lot of snow.
Big blow but not so much snow! Beautiful sunrise.
