Good morning!

It’s Sunday, and we’ve come to the Medici Fountain in Luxembourg Gardens. While the original fountain dates back to the 1600s, it was spiffed-up and moved to this spot much more recently—if I can call the 1860s recent.

This end of the fountain is usually swarmed with selfie-takers, but this morning they’re still sound asleep. That gives us a front-row seat to something far more important: the ducks saying hello and demonstrating proper grooming technique.
