It’s Monday. Care to spend a minute with the world’s friendliest Border Leicester ram? I met him yesterday as I was strolling through the sheep barn at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. I needed grounding before my lecture, and he understood the assignment perfectly.
In the background you’ll hear all the sounds of a good sheep and wool festival, from gossiping sheep to the snip snip snip of hand shears as someone gets primped for show.
“Lots of people talk to animals...Not very many listen though...that's the problem.”
I’m not sure what he was trying to tell me, but I certainly enjoyed the conversation.
