This is such a lovely way to mark the time throughout your vacation. All the flowers have been so beautiful. But the peonies are such so showy! My bush is just getting ready to bloom.
Love the colors in the first bouquet. they'd be wonderful in a sweater, with a brown as the base color. thank you. Oh and I am a Wisconsinite, so the colors were so welcome.
We had two huge white peonies at our old house and there are hot pink peonies sprinkled here and there at our new place but we don’t seem to get much bloom. There are three in a row partway down the driveway and for some reason the deer nibble the one closest to the woods down to a green stick but ignore the other two, which have very promising bugs at the moment!
Love flowers! Hoping that soon we will see some here . In the meantime, I have just sent some once lovely roses given to me by my granddaughter to the compost. We are out of town a couple of days this week so I will get myself more when we get back.
What a beautiful parade of flowers! I do not know where my peonies went- they just disappeared a few years ago. Oh well-the quote will keep me going onwards!
All the flowers are so beautiful! The last bunch of peonies could pass for radishes.
Such loveliness!
I too love the spring blooms. Good for you for bringing some into your vacation home. I admit I have never seen peach-colored peonies. 🥰
They began as a scarlet-hued rose, if you can believe it!
Glorious flowers! And a smile after nearly 6 weeks! Triumph! ❤️
So beautiful, even in their plain brown wrappers.

I am waiting patiently…
PS is it already time to come home? Tempus fugit once again…
The fugit is real!
(Also, I'm so fascinated by the fact that the deer avoid those other two peonies!)

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!
Glorious flowers A beautiful gift for yourself!
Oh the freesias! I would try to buy them again… and again. The delight in that scent!
And so wonderful that the flower sellers get the peonies to you unopened. You have taught me: I must remember this in a week or two and bring the buds
indoors much earlier!
Beautiful!!!!
Home again, home again….your garden awaits. Your peonies will be a welcome sight. Flowers in Paris were a lovely accompaniment to your time there.
Love the celebration of flowers.

Well phooey, where could they have gone?
