A poem lovely as a tree indeed does not exist. Well, mostly.
These are so lovely, and I too have often wondered about the leaves at the top. Wonder if perhaps they aren’t leaves but part of the “bloom”?
Love that very familiar poem. We don’t have those kind of trees in Alberta but they sure are spectacular! Thanks for the upclose look!
How many of us learned that poem as wee children and still call it back up these many decades later? Trees surely are exquisite beings!
