Good morning!
It’s Tuesday, and it’s National Repeat Day.
It’s also National Repeat Day.
(See what I did there?)
I don’t know who decides these things, but today is indeed dedicated to the act of repeating activities and experiences—whether out of enjoyment or habit or mindless routine or because we have no other choice in the matter.
But since this day is about repeating things, I propose we fill it only with those repeated activities that give us great pleasure. Re-watching a favorite movie, listening to a favorite piece of music, reading a beloved book, taking a favorite walk, or simply repeating a poem or positive affirmation throughout the day.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Reminds me of Annie Dillard's line: "How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."
And rainbow waffles for breakfast? How fun!
How fun! An excuse for another ice cream? … as if an excuse is needed😉
Fun!
