Good morning! It’s Tuesday. Yesterday we managed to venture back outside to check up on the apartment complexes at the bottom of the field. This is the newest one, built with materials as they become available throughout the year.
I started reading without looking at the picture and immediately became alarmed at the prospect of apartment construction at the edge of your property 🤦♀️😂 Good lesson for me: slow down and don’t jump to conclusions. And finish that first cup of coffee!
I saw this apartment complex and immediately remembered the homes of ancestral Pueblo peoples at Bandelier National Monument. More cubby holes, with everything needed. Mutual aide knit in.
I love the quote! We're all in this together!
I admire the housing. I have begun leaving nest areas for the fauna. It’s a blessing to have them around.
Do you know who lives in them? I've never seen these types of apartments but I'll look for them next time I'm out.
Nature knows how to build ,naturally, thank you have a happy Tuesday
Oh, did you really leave seeds for them? ❤️

Whew! I'm glad you figured it out and the alarm abated. These are tiny, very attractive dwellings. No wires or machines or blight to the human eye.
This looks like such a cozy little home. I love the idea of the occupants in their jammies….
And if our jammies have mice and squirrels and birds on them, I wonder what their jammies have on them? Acorns? Tiny sunflowers?
Oh now I’m going to be thinking of that all day, imaging wee jammies with figures on them… 😊
Love the story!
What an optimistic quote! You are the perfect Welcome Wagon.
Love your imagination!
My favorite kind of apartments! ❤️
I love this! Especially the seed part...
This post has inspired me to go walking in my woods this morning to find similar apartments. I'm sure those residents need some help, too.
Cubby holes breathing.

“Mutual confidence and mutual aid”—my hope and prayer for my country in this the 250th anniversary of its birth. 🙏🏻
Yes!
Hear hear.
One brave hero fans another’s fire- this! I also love the picture- it looks cozy in a small creature shelter way😊
Doesn't it? I wish I could crawl in there and curl up. I bet it's really comfy.
